My son has been with the Aspire program since the summer of 2025, and Aspire has greatly contributed to his growth and success over the past ten months. He was assigned a wonderful team of professionals—a case worker, therapist, life coach, nurse, and psychiatrist—each of whom has played an instrumental role in his progress. Before joining Aspire, I had no idea my son had ADHD or that it was a major factor in many of his struggles. Thanks to the Aspire team, he not only understands how to manage his ADHD but has also developed stronger problem-solving skills and learned how to navigate his emotions in healthier ways. He’s gone from being a C-F student to making the High Honors List for the 2025/26 school year. He is genuinely a happier person than he was one year ago. I’ve been part of the Aspire 365 counseling program for the past year, and it has been such an important support in my life. This year has brought some of the hardest times I’ve experienced between working through my master’s program, navigating a family medical emergency, and managing both emotional and physical health challenges. What really stands out about Aspire 365 is the team approach. I’ve had support from a coordinator, life coach, therapist, psychiatric provider, and nurse. Having that kind of consistent, whole person support made a huge difference in helping me get through everything this year. They have also been incredibly flexible with scheduling, which made it possible for me to stay consistent even when life felt overwhelming and unpredictable. That flexibility meant a lot during such a busy and emotional time. Each person played a role in helping me feel heard, supported, and guided when things felt overwhelming. It wasn’t about quick fixes, it was about steady support and having people in my corner. Like anything, there can be small scheduling bumps at times, but overall the care I’ve received has been meaningful and something I’m truly grateful for.
