The experience has been truly life changing. Aspire has given me the tools to manage relationships, work and ultimately life. Every person I have spoken with that is on my team (that's right I have a whole team for my care!!) has been so pleasant, polite and helpful! Joan Miller50 days agoI needed therapy for post traumatic stress disorder after living through a tornado. I was able to meet with a therapist, life coach, psychiatrist, registered nurse, and a program coordinator to keep it all together. The anxiety is so much lower and Aspire helped make this possible. There was a big time commitment to the program but the year went quickly and I feel so much better and stronger. All of the professionals were very helpful and supportive. melissa sukeforth65 days agoThis OUTSTANDING & ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS GROUP of Professionals has not only changed my life but saved me! They listened, validated me, called, texted, video chatted with me at a time in my life where others had failed me. I had a bleeding ulcer with a mass in my stomach, iron at 4, pale, pasty skin, and only slept between 0 minutes to 2 hours per night! I now average over 6 and a half hours a night (with no meds at all), my iron is now over 12, and I am strong enough to compete in an upcoming 26.2 marathon! Thank you Aspire! Liz Johnson147 days agoThere nothing special they left me in my darkest hour with some bureaucratic BS how about wanting me to complete some other course in order to return back to them. They're worthless as far as I'm concerned and they suck your insurance dry. Some of the people that work there are decent but as a company in their worse than any I've heard of that claimed to help people.Posted on Google
The Robinson's168 days agoThere were many service providers that were wonderful, such as Laura Shields. I can't even put it into words how much she guided my family through a very difficult time. You could tell she really cared. She went above and beyond, when I needed an ear. She loves her job and it showes! She is such an asset to your team. Kerry and Sarah also provided wonderful support! They guided my family to healthier self care, and provided techniques to navigate difficult situations. We will always appreciate them! However in contrast, we were disappointed with a psychiatrist there. (Allie Picard) During a vulnerable time there needs to be some real consideration about psychiatric meds for children and we did not appreciate the way she handled this. Parents really need to be involved with the childs care. However the head of Aspire did step in and fix what was going on. In all, I believe these wrap around services were helpful for a time. Robert Burke169 days agoI came to Aspire 365 during an extremely challenging time in my life. I was met with an entire team to help offer support in multiple ways. From substance abuse counseling to individual therapy to nurse check-ins & more. From the beginning of my program to the end, a year later my entire team supported me and my goals. We’re always available outside of scheduled meeting times if needed. Willing to adjust my personal goals on the fly as needed. If you are in a spot that you need support rather it’s mental health services or substance abuse services. I highly recommend Aspire 365. I have been in different programs or met with different providers over the years and have never felt the support and care these teams put in to you as a client. If I could rate higher than a 5 I would gladly.Posted on Google
Jennifer Brown189 days agoMy son has been with the Aspire program since the summer of 2025, and Aspire has greatly contributed to his growth and success over the past ten months. He was assigned a wonderful team of professionals—a case worker, therapist, life coach, nurse, and psychiatrist—each of whom has played an instrumental role in his progress. Before joining Aspire, I had no idea my son had ADHD or that it was a major factor in many of his struggles. Thanks to the Aspire team, he not only understands how to manage his ADHD but has also developed stronger problem-solving skills and learned how to navigate his emotions in healthier ways. He’s gone from being a C-F student to making the High Honors List for the 2025/26 school year. He is genuinely a happier person than he was one year ago. So grateful to have gotten to take part in this program and been able to grow both personally and professionally in many different ways. Dr. Turner, Nurse Kylee, Case Manager Tiffany, Life Coach Michaela, and Therapist Cara were all incredibly flexible and always willing to assist me, lifting me up from feeling completely lost and directionless to secure and eager to take on challenges with confidence in just the span of a year. I have recommended Aspire 365 to family members, friends, colleagues, and clients throughout my time in the program and cannot say enough as to how beneficial it can be. Ellen Sprague224 days agoI’ve been part of the Aspire 365 counseling program for the past year, and it has been such an important support in my life. This year has brought some of the hardest times I’ve experienced between working through my master’s program, navigating a family medical emergency, and managing both emotional and physical health challenges. What really stands out about Aspire 365 is the team approach. I’ve had support from a coordinator, life coach, therapist, psychiatric provider, and nurse. Having that kind of consistent, whole person support made a huge difference in helping me get through everything this year. They have also been incredibly flexible with scheduling, which made it possible for me to stay consistent even when life felt overwhelming and unpredictable. That flexibility meant a lot during such a busy and emotional time. Each person played a role in helping me feel heard, supported, and guided when things felt overwhelming. It wasn’t about quick fixes, it was about steady support and having people in my corner. Like anything, there can be small scheduling bumps at times, but overall the care I’ve received has been meaningful and something I’m truly grateful for. Sally Wood547 days agoAspire 365 quite literally saved my child's life. We are in a location with very little coverage and couldn't find a provider. Our PCP suggested Aspire because she just heard about their program. Almost instantly we were given a therapist for my daughter, a psychiatrist , a nurse, a case worker for her and a case worker for the rest of the family. We were very lost and scared and then almost magically we found solid ground again. The program, their full commitment to us, I have never seen anything like it. We were very lucky to find them. Matt Kennedy547 days agoAmazing support for teens in crisis! I don't even know where to begin to express my gratitude for Aspire365. Our state has next to no support for teens in crisis unless they reach the point of hospitalization and face days-long waits for inpatient care. Crucial support to prevent a slide into crisis, or help during recovery, simply doesn't exist here. Aspire365 is an absolutely amazing program that has been a godsend for our family. They accepted our Anthem insurance and provided a full year of comprehensive, wrap-around support for our daughter. This included therapy, psychiatric care, a life coach, case management, group therapy, art therapy, and even some family therapy. They quite simply saved our daughter's life. Beyond that, they helped our family navigate the immense heartache, anger, and worry we were experiencing, and helped us find hope again. I cannot recommend them enough. T R549 days agoOur family had varying experiences ranging from good to awesome. We had a change of caseworker and had a the opportunity to work with Youness and he was so supportive and kind and good to our teenager. The time and attention felt like we had always known him. That is huge when you’re going “through it” at home. The other amazing experience we had was with our family support therapist - Dr Jai. She was attentive and supportive and guided us as parents with laughter, friendliness, and gentle hands. My husband and I looked forward to our meetings and always felt so supported. I would recommend this program anyone struggling with a teen, with a teen that is struggling. They support you from all sides of the equation: Dr, LPN, case manager, therapist for teen, peer support, family support, parent groups and teen groups, and all at the tip of your fingers on-line.Posted on Google

Catherine Dubois598 days agoAspire365 is a Mental Health Community that uses a totally Holistic approach. With the help of a nurse, therapist, Psychiatrist, Peer Support Specialist and a Case Manager, matched to my individual needs. I was provided with a caring and supportive team who were available for me 24/7. I was dealing with some past traumas that were affecting me with anxiety, and depression causing me to act out with anger at myself and others. There were days that I wished I was dead. Throughout my healing process, Aspire gave me the tools I needed to manage my thoughts and emotions to help me be the best version of myself. They offer opportunities for peer to peer support as well as individual support. Aspire is an individualized program that focuses on the specific needs of every client. I felt supported in all ways with the various group meetings where we learn and discuss how each group topic pertained to each of us individually. Sharing is not mandatory so there was no pressure to divulge any personal details. I met with my therapist weekly which gave me a chance to identify my strengths and weaknesses so I could “unpack”anything causing me distress. Aspire365 is a different model of Mental Health support which made me a better, happier person! I have tools and resources to support me on the next leg of my journey. Elizabeth Seymour630 days agoI'm 10 months into my mental health recovery with aspire 365. I feel I have grown so much and learned so much in the last 10 months. I wouldn't be where I am.today or on the positive path im headed without these guys. I have an awesome trust worthy case manager, Alex. I have a therapist (i get to keep her after the program!), nurse, psychiatrist and a super sweet knowledgeable peer support Julie. I go to groups with people that have the same or similar struggles. It's nice to not be alone and to have a strong support team. I feel great! The groups are so worth going to. I get all these services from the comfort of my home via zoom. I love you guys! Foster Dougherty927 days agoMy team has completely ignored and dismissed symptoms that are causing me to be unable to function. When I brought up concerns about my care to my social worker I was shut down again. I entered this program to keep me out of the hospital and they are failing me. I have been met with a lack of empathy and compassion and have been consistently talked down to by my psychiatrist. My therapist spent an entire session arguing with me about my paranoia and delusions i was experiencing and did not stop despite the fact that i was visibly upset and shutting down.Posted on Google

Jonathan Lindley1008 days agoThe crew at Aspire have been a great help in my journey of sobriety. The group sessions are facilitated by people truly wanting the best from us. They have been available for anyone needing more of a one on one to help with any issues that might come up in life and are very knowledgeable in assisting with recovery. My therapist and my peer support have been amazing. Both have really helped me through this journey/ change of life style. You can truly see that they care, making me feel comfortable to talk about any feelings or troubles I have and help me through it and keep me on track. My case manager has gone out of his way to help me with anything and everything. He is always available, within reason to talk to if needed. It's been over a year since my last drink, something I could not have thought possible during the 20 years of addiction previous to going to rehab, and being a part of this iop. I am so glad I had them as I made this adjustment in life. I feel strong and confident that I have the tools necessary to manage my addiction, and now I can focus on my family and living my life.
