Is a comprehensive 12-month in-home treatment program for adolescents (12+) and adults dealing with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Developed in collaboration with Yale University School of Medicine, Progeny Psychiatric Group, and leading clinical experts, the program provides each client with personalized, one-on-one care from a dedicated 6-member Recovery Support Team.

Our Recovery Support Team
Psychiatrist
- Recovery Support Team lead and director of care
- Creates and works with client through personalized 12-month psychiatric care plan
- Diagnosis and treats co-occurring biochemical conditions
Individual & Family Therapist
- Focuses on treating emotional and psychological symptoms
- Helps each client develop the skills and coping mechanisms necessary for life-long mental health and sobriety
- Works with the client and their family throughout treatment
Case Manager
- Coordinate’s Care delivered by Recovery Support Team
- Oversees development and implementation of personalized treatment plan
- Coordinates care with external medical providers
Registered Nurse
- Assesses, monitors and tracks client’s physical well-being
- Works with client on nutrition planning and improved health
- Works with client to care for co-occurring biomedical conditions
Peer Support / Life Coach
- Helps client implement the skills developed in day to day life
- Works with client to complete goals assigned by RST
- Assists client with establishing accountability and self-reliance
Support Groups
- Provides ongoing accountability and encouragement in recovery
- Reinforces healthy coping skills learned in treatment
- Strengthens motivation to maintain recovery and mental wellness goals
