We are in a location with very little coverage and couldn't find a provider. Our PCP suggested Aspire because she just heard about their program. Almost instantly we were given a therapist for my daughter, a psychiatrist , a nurse, a case worker for her and a case worker for the rest of the family. We were very lost and scared and then almost magically we found solid ground again. The program, their full commitment to us, I have never seen anything like it. We were very lucky to find them. I don't even know where to begin to express my gratitude for Aspire365. Our state has next to no support for teens in crisis unless they reach the point of hospitalization and face days-long waits for inpatient care. Crucial support to prevent a slide into crisis, or help during recovery, simply doesn't exist here. Aspire365 is an absolutely amazing program that has been a godsend for our family. They accepted our Anthem insurance and provided a full year of comprehensive, wrap-around support for our daughter. This included therapy, psychiatric care, a life coach, case management, group therapy, art therapy, and even some family therapy. They quite simply saved our daughter's life. Beyond that, they helped our family navigate the immense heartache, anger, and worry we were experiencing, and helped us find hope again. I cannot recommend them enough. We had a change of caseworker and had a the opportunity to work with Youness and he was so supportive and kind and good to our teenager. The time and attention felt like we had always known him. That is huge when you’re going “through it” at home. The other amazing experience we had was with our family support therapist - Dr Jai. She was attentive and supportive and guided us as parents with laughter, friendliness, and gentle hands. My husband and I looked forward to our meetings and always felt so supported. I would recommend this program anyone struggling with a teen, with a teen that is struggling. My dream team trio were Youness, Cara and Gordy.......love every one of them and blessed to have had them guide me through some tough times. Aspire365 is a Mental Health Community that uses a totally Holistic approach. With the help of a nurse, therapist, Psychiatrist, Peer Support Specialist and a Case Manager, matched to my individual needs. I was provided with a caring and supportive team who were available for me 24/7. I was dealing with some past traumas that were affecting me with anxiety, and depression causing me to act out with anger at myself and others. There were days that I wished I was dead. Throughout my healing process, Aspire gave me the tools I needed to manage my thoughts and emotions to help me be the best version of myself. They offer opportunities for peer to peer support as well as individual support. Aspire is an individualized program that focuses on the specific needs of every client. I felt supported in all ways with the various group meetings where we learn and discuss how each group topic pertained to each of us individually. Sharing is not mandatory so there was no pressure to divulge any personal details. I met with my therapist weekly which gave me a chance to identify my strengths and weaknesses so I could “unpack”anything causing me distress. Aspire365 is a different model of Mental Health support which made me a better, happier person! I have tools and resources to support me on the next leg of my journey. I feel I have grown so much and learned so much in the last 10 months. I wouldn't be where I am.today or on the positive path im headed without these guys. I have an awesome trust worthy case manager, Alex. I have a therapist (i get to keep her after the program!), nurse, psychiatrist and a super sweet knowledgeable peer support Julie. I go to groups with people that have the same or similar struggles. It's nice to not be alone and to have a strong support team. I feel great! The groups are so worth going to.
