Kristy Notorangelo LCSW, MBA, A-CBT
Kristy is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 30 years of experience in the field, including large university clinical settings, community clinics, private practice, and corporate consulting. In each individual case, Kristy helps her clients to navigate through some of life’s most pressing issues by reconciling cognitive distortions, emotional insight, and behavioral response. The goal of treatment is to alleviate distress brought in by any of the individual’s mental health problems, to improve relationships, performance at work, overall satisfaction with quality of life, and to achieve their potential. Her areas of specialization include anxiety spectrum disorders, addictions, mood disorders, posttraumatic stress disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorders in adults and teens, personality disorders and anger management.
Kristy received her Master of Social Work from The Rockefeller College at The State University at Albany in 1998. She received her Master of Business Administration from IONA College in New Rochelle, New York in 2006. Most recently in 2020, Kristy was certified as a Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies (A-CBT), the gold standard certification for providing CBT. In 2022, Kristy became affiliated with NSAC, National Social Anxiety Center, representing Coastal Delaware.

Leonard Lev MD
Dr. Leonard Lev is a is an Adult Psychiatrist practicing at Beebe Medical Group and providing care for patients suffering from mental health and substance use disorders. Dr. Lev joined Beebe in 2022 and helped to establish an ambulatory behavioral health service.
Dr. Lev is a Board Certified by both, The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Psychiatry and by The American Board of Preventive Medicine in Addiction Medicine. He graduated with a medical degree from Samara State Medical University in Russia in 1988 and completed his psychiatric residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, where he was a Chief Resident and later a Unit Chief for Eating Disorders and Addiction Services inpatient units. For over a decade, Dr. Lev led the Addiction Services Division of the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services in Connecticut as a Medical Director. He also practiced general inpatient psychiatry at Connecticut Valley Hospital’s Traumatic Brain Injury Unit and the Institute of Living of Hartford Healthcare. During the 4 years prior to relocating to Delaware, Dr. Lev was a Medical Director of the Root Center for Advanced Recovery, and he helped to expand its geographic and clinical scope. Root now is the large provider of treatment for substance use disorders serving 5500 patients a day spread to twelve clinics across Connecticut. Dr. Lev also had his private practice in Glastonbury for over 15 years. He was a member of the National Council Medical Directors Institute, and he helped to develop a Guidance for Handling the Increasing Prevalence of Drugs Adulterated or Laced with Fentanyl, now published in Psychiatric Services.
He has served as an assistant professor at both Weill Medical College of Cornell University, the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, and currently, at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic medicine.

Sara Dupont LICSW, MLADC
Sara Dupont is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Social Work at Plymouth State University and is a Therapist with Aspire 365. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor of Arts from Plymouth State University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education through Plymouth State University. Professor Dupont is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and New Hampshire. With over 17 years of comprehensive experience in various social work subdisciplines , Professor Dupont possesses significant expertise in providing mental health, substance use disorder, and dual diagnosis services to both adolescents and adults. Her combined academic and clinical roles provide a valuable perspective grounded in both theory and contemporary practice.
Professor Dupont’s extensive background includes work within correctional facilities, community mental health agencies, medical and psychiatric hospitals, and emergency services. This diverse experience across multiple systems of care informs her clinical practice, which includes specialized work with adolescents and pregnant or postpartum women facing substance use challenges. Employing a direct, solution-focused therapeutic approach primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she aims to equip clients with tools for symptom reduction while meeting them without judgment, often incorporating humor and levity. Actively engaged in advancing her field, she serves as a board member for the New Hampshire Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors Association (NHADACA) and contributes through presentations at professional conferences.

Bridget Walsh CASAC, CHWC
Bridget Walsh is the Director of Client Support Services for Aspire365, with an extensive background in healthcare and wellness management. In her current role, she oversees the integration of comprehensive support services tailored to enhance patient outcomes and streamline care coordination.
Previously, Bridget directed case management services at Baymark Health Services/The Coleman Institute, Richmond, VA, where she implemented an outpatient detox program and facilitated innovative care strategies across multiple states. Her expertise in patient assessment, program development, and strategic partnerships led to significant improvements in service delivery and efficiency.
Bridget’s career also includes positions such as Program Manager at Central Virginia Health Network, where she developed and managed corporate wellness programs, focusing on nutrition, exercise, and mental health education.
A recognized leader in her field, Bridget was awarded Employee of the Year in 2018 for her transformative contributions to healthcare practices. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Plattsburgh and is a Certified Health Coach from SUNY Purchase. Additionally, she is credentialed in Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counseling, underpinning her comprehensive approach to wellness and recovery.
