This structured, peer-supported group, led by a certified Death Doula and Grief Coach, provides a safe, confidential space where individuals can share their experiences, feel less alone, and be witnessed without judgment.

The parent support group provides a consistent space for parents and caregivers to receive encouragement, share challenges, and strengthen their responses to the needs of their adolescents. The group focuses on improving communication, reinforcing healthy boundaries, and helping parents better understand behaviors that may be influenced by peer pressure, social media, and emotional distress. It also offers practical guidance and shared support so families can respond with greater clarity, consistency, and confidence.
