About the Program

Our DBT Group Therapy program is based on proven therapeutic principles that emphasize skill-building in four key areas: emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. These skills help participants manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and make healthier life choices.

In addition to traditional DBT techniques, our program incorporates art therapy, offering adolescents a creative outlet to express their emotions and explore difficult feelings. Through art-based activities, participants gain self-awareness, reduce anxiety, and learn new ways to process their experiences. By combining evidence-based DBT strategies with creative expression, we provide a holistic approach to emotional growth and coping.
